7. Empfehlungsprogramm
As part of our referral programme it is possible for third parties (e.g. friends, acquaintances, customers) to transmit personal data of potential interested parties (e.g. name, telephone number, email address) to us to enable contact to be made by Charged Elements GmbH.
In this case the referring person confirms that the data subject has expressly consented to their personal data being passed on and to being contacted by Charged Elements GmbH. The data is used exclusively for the purpose of making a single contact.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted after contact is made or at the latest after six months have elapsed, unless there is a statutory retention obligation.
